Perched on the top of a steep hill, the lodge is located in Bashay village (Karatu district)

Less than 10 kilometers from the entrance of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, the lodge is ideally located along the Northern circuit. Close distance from Manyara NP, few minutes from the Ngorongoro Crater Gate, and only one hours drive to reach the Eyasi Lake...

The Karatu region is also known for its special culture (Irak tribe), the coffee plantations and its rich & fertile land.

The main restaurant is elegant with a spectacular view up to Eyasi lake and it can accommodate up to 60 guests.
The pergola (overlooking the swimming pool) offers a smaller restaurant and usually serves traditional Tanzanian cuisine.
